Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or product backorders, we will notify you by email with an updated delivery estimate.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States, with international shipping options for select products.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 8–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs inspections.

Shipping Providers

We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping from Multiple Locations

Orders containing multiple items (books, beauty, or pet products) may ship separately depending on supplier locations or availability. You will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at support@vascosity.org.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

International Customs and Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot control or predict these charges.
