1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most physical items, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product is not damaged, worn, or altered.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including:

  • Beauty and skincare products that have been opened or used.

  • Pet products that have been used or show signs of wear.

  • Digital products (eBooks, downloads, or virtual media).

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

2. Return Process

We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund once the issue is verified.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first. Then contact us for assistance.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, scent, or product, please email support@vascosity.org.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on product availability.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated time, first check your bank or card statement again.
